TPV SIGNAL ENTRY RECORD // MUSIC SUBMISSIONS POLICY

SUMMARY

We welcome music from artists and labels who share the TPV ethos. Every submission is listened to. We cannot guarantee acceptance or a personal reply. Selection reflects our curatorial focus, not a judgement on quality. By submitting, you agree to the terms on this page.

OUR ETHOS AND CURATION

TPV exists to support artists who care about sound, community, and intent. We programme with a clear vision. That focus lets us champion work that fits the station and helps our audience find something real. If a track is not selected, it is because we are shaping a coherent broadcast, not because the music lacks value. All music has its place. Please keep creating.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • We will listen to what you send
  • We will handle your work with respect
  • We may not be able to reply to every message
  • If we schedule your music, we will credit it on air and in listings

SELECTION AND FEEDBACK

Curation is subjective. Capacity is limited. We do not offer detailed feedback on every submission. A lack of response is not a criticism. It is simply a result of time and fit.

CONSENT TO TERMS

  1. You have read and accept the terms on this page
  2. You are the rights holder or have full written permission to submit and authorise broadcast
  3. Your submission complies with all laws and does not infringe the rights of others

LICENCE YOU GRANT

You grant TPV a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to:

  • Broadcast your submitted recordings on TPV
  • Stream them worldwide through our archive
  • Use supplied metadata, cover art, and short excerpts of audio for listings and promotion

This licence can be withdrawn for future use at any time. If you wish to withdraw, contact us and we will remove the content from future rotations and from our archive where practicable.

ROYALTIES AND REPORTING

TPV is registered with PRS and PPL. Where applicable, plays are reported through the relevant schemes. We do not pay fees for submissions. Rights payments, if any, flow through PRS, PPL, and your own collecting societies.
