ARTWORK AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL

When submitting music for consideration on TPV Records, please include all relevant artwork, credits, and supporting material so we can present your release accurately and respectfully.

• Full album or single cover in PNG or JPG format (minimum 1500x1500px preferred)
• Any additional promotional images for the artist or band
• Optional: press shots, gig posters, or other visual assets connected to the release
• Images must be high quality, free of watermarks, and cleared for promotional use

All artwork will be displayed exactly as it is provided, but it may be cropped slightly to align with certain aspects of the website display. This is something we cannot avoid completely. While we will keep any editing to a minimum, there may be rare occasions where some changes are unavoidable.

AUDIO FILES

• WAV, FLAC, or AIFF format preferred
• High resolution audio wherever possible (minimum 16-bit / 44.1kHz)
• Clearly labelled files using the format: Artist Name – Track Title.wav

CREDITS AND METADATA

• Artist and track names exactly as they should appear in listings
• Composer and performer credits for PRS and PPL reporting
• Record label name and catalogue number if applicable
• ISRC codes for each track
• Release date (digital and/or physical)
• Publishing details if applicable

WHY WE NEED THIS

Supplying full artwork, credits, and metadata allows us to credit your work accurately, support your promotional efforts, and ensure correct royalty reporting. Incomplete submissions risk being delayed or omitted from broadcast.

All materials can be sent via Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Drive, or private Bandcamp link to info@tpvrecords.com. Please ensure download permissions are enabled.
