WHY PRS AND PPL MATTER

TPV Records is registered with PRS for Music and PPL. Every track we broadcast is reported so that royalties reach the writers, performers, and rights holders who created it. Correct reporting keeps the cycle alive — music made, music played, creators paid.

To make this work, we need accurate details for every track we receive. Without them, the reporting chain breaks and artists may miss out.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Track title exactly as it should appear in reports
• Artist name as credited on the release
• Composer or writer details for PRS reporting
• Performer details for PPL reporting
• Record label name
• ISRC code essential for accurate PPL tracking
• Catalogue number if applicable
• Release date digital or physical
• Any relevant publishing information if signed to a publisher

If you do not have ISRC codes, let us know when submitting so we can log the tracks correctly.

HOW TO SEND YOUR MUSIC

Email your tracks and all required details to info@tpvrecords.com.

We accept:

• Direct download links such as Dropbox, WeTransfer, or Google Drive
• Private Bandcamp links
• High quality MP3 or WAV files

Please name files clearly and include all required information in a text file or in the body of your email.
